On the fourth floor we are moving toward a goal of oral fluency that is both creative and effective. Students have been working independently and collaboratively to develop a habit of writing and speaking that is taken from"memorized chunks"or phrases. They are using new and familiar vocabulary and phrases to create a scene or drama where they engage each other. The goal is to practice conversations that foster effective, creative and natural communication.
