Time for Spruce Lake!
It isn't quite Fall until we make our annual trek to Spruce Lake. This year the trip will take place Oct. 9th - 11th. We will return that Friday around 3:30/4 depending on the traffic. Below are some helpful links for the trip.
Here is a quick story that I log under "Things I take for granted because I have been going to Spruce Lake for so long". One amusing misconception I have had to address this year has to do with where the middle school boys are staying. The place is called the Barn and many of the younger students were worried that we would be staying in an actual barn and they would be sleeping on hay. I assured them the building was once a barn but now has been converted to have rooms, bathrooms and bunks.
